At Nea Bloom, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@neabloom.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or partially used supplements
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@neabloom.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first as processing times vary. If you still have not received your refund, contact us at hello@neabloom.com.
