Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times Nea Bloom ships to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • Standard Shipping: 6–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days (where available)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier delays, weather, or high order volumes.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery location.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly through the carrier's website.

Lost or Stolen Packages Nea Bloom is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier and then reach out to us at hello@neabloom.com.

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@neabloom.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
