So far all is good. Helps with regularity & it even cleared my hormonal acne. I feel a little more energized since taking Root. The directions say to take two a day. Good stuff, seems to help prevent unhappy lady bits when taken regularly. I kept having itchy irritation down under despite testing negative for ALL the things. I do combine this with seabuckthorn oil for moisture (menopause is LAME and makes everything in this woman's body irritated) and the combination of the two along with 100% organic cotton skivvies seems to have helped tremendously.
